Privacy policy

When you order: your name, mobile number, email (optional), governorate, city, address, landmark and notes. For InstaPay: the payer's name or number, and the payment screenshot if you upload one.

When you sign in with Google or an email link: your name, email address and Google account ID (Google sign-in only), a mobile number and language if you add them, and any addresses you choose to save (with the recipient's name and phone). When you first sign in, we link past orders placed with the same email address to your account.

Technical data: your cart, selected car and unfinished checkout form are stored only in your browser. We use Google Analytics to see which pages and products are viewed, add-to-cart and purchase events, device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from bots, and use your IP address briefly for security and rate limiting.

To process and deliver your order, contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp, prevent fake orders, and improve the store using aggregated statistics. We do not sell your data or send you marketing without your consent.

The shipping company: only your name, mobile number and address, to deliver your order.

Service providers working for us: Cloudflare (store hosting, database and payment-screenshot storage), Google (sign-in and analytics), Resend (sign-in emails) and Telegram (order notifications to the store owner, which include the order and delivery details).

We ask Google for your basic profile and email address and store only your name, email and Google account ID; we never access your mailbox, files or any other data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use essential cookies to sign you in and keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) for statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store still works, but you won't stay signed in.

Order records and payment screenshots are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal obligations; account data until you ask us to delete it.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as we can.
